Feb 2012
All ready!

Feb is a really good time to travel to Hongkong as the weather is great!
Wanton mee, midnight snack after arriving at HK. Look at the size of the wanton.
Buffet breakfast provided by hotel.
This is the hotel we stayed in- Shamrock Hotel. The exterior looks old but the price is really reasonable for $150/night. Room is clean, staffs are friendly and most importantly it is conveniently located at Jordan MTR Station. (Hotels in HK are expensive)
Hotel lobby.
Seriously nice chee chong fan & fishball along the streets of Mongkok.
-BIG BUDDHA-
To get there:
Take the MTR to Tung Chung Station Exit B, then take Ngong Ping Cable Car, which takes around 25 minutes. (Waiting time for cable car can be really crazy esp during weekends). Either way, you can take the New Lantao Bus 23 from Tung Chung Town Centre, which takes around 45 minutes.
After the long flight of climb we finally reached the top; & it was a really hot day!
Vegetarian food.
Super nice Chicken chop with tomato at Cafe De Coral.
Go to this H&M at Kowloon if you want some peaceful shopping.
