Best food guide, Oahu, Hawaii
Continuing from my prev post, here's another food guide for Oahu, Hawaii
Enjoy!
1. Joe's grill express - near HNL airport
The first meal we had since we touched down. Food's good and portion's really large.
2. Leonard's bakery
This is probably my fav snack in Oahu!! A must try for e sweet-tooth!
They have quite a few truck stores as well, but their main outlet has the best Malasadas! Our fav was the original, custard and macadamia one, YUMS! 😍
3. Shirokiya japan village walk - RAMEN HEAVEN
This place has like tons of ramen stalls, and we finally settled for these 2- with no regrets. A must-go for Ramen lovers! 🍜
Santouka Ramen - This is not in japan village but a stall by itself near Ala Moana area, their meat is by far the best, just like the one in Hokkaido! 👍
4. Giovanni's shrimp truck @ Haleiwa
Arrived at 10.30am when the stall just opened and there was already people waiting around. Q was absurd when we pass by later on. Worth to try if there's less people. We ordered the spicy garlic shrimp here:
(P.s. Try Jenny's shrimp truck also around the area & tastes just as good!)
5. The food company @ Kailua
This is by far our fave meal in Oahu. The combo bento was so good - fish/ teriyaki & mochiko chicken!! We went there for lunch, had to wait for awhile but it was freshly prepared and piping hot!
The pork bun & scallops was amazing, soup and noodles was awesome, certainly our fave ramen in Oahu!

Chicken was nice and tender, fries was good too!
Ending off our holiday on a great note -Honolulu cookies
OMG they are so yummy, loved the dark choco kona flavoured one so much!! Please get it when you see them cause we went to the airport hoping to get more and the store was closed, probably went too late 😰
Till then,
